John Aynsley

John Aynsley is a Partner at Memery Crystal, specializing in real estate investment, development, strategic land, real estate finance, and landlord and tenant law since December 2021. Previously, John held the position of Head of Real Estate at Rosenblatt Limited from January 2014 to January 2022, where leadership of a team focused on real estate transactions, disputes, and construction was a key responsibility. Notable achievements include managing the acquisition and development of various strategic land sites with a gross development value exceeding £400 million. Prior roles include Associate at Speechly Bircham, Associate and Partner at Campbell Hooper, and Real Estate Associate at Allen & Overy. John holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Otago, completed in 1993.
