Kathleen Riemenschneider Ed.d.

Kathleen Riemenschneider, Ed.D., has extensive experience in educational leadership and arts administration. Currently serving as a Box Office Associate at MEMI since June 2021, Kathleen previously held the position of Executive Director at the Cincinnati Youth Choir from June 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included financial management, fundraising, and strategic planning in collaboration with the Board of Directors. Kathleen also served as the Director of Operations for the Cincinnati Youth Choir, managing daily operations and logistics. Additional experience includes roles as Capstone Advisor at Winthrop University, Box Office Associate at Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati, and Associate Director of Education & Community Engagement at Cincinnati Arts Association, where oversight of school performances and program development was key. Kathleen holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Xavier University, a Master of Arts in Comparative Studies from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Indiana University Bloomington.
