Brent Smith

Brent Smith has a diverse work experience in the medical and surgical field. Brent currently holds the position of Director of Commercial Learning at Momentis Surgical™ since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Manager of Commercial Learning from October 2022 to April 2023, and as the Senior Manager of Clinical Services from August 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Momentis Surgical™, Brent worked at Synaptive Medical from May 2015 to August 2020, where they held the role of Regional Clinical Manager. Brent was responsible for collaborating with neurosurgeons, radiologists, and healthcare facilities to develop advanced neurosurgical technologies and integrate them cost-effectively to improve patient care. Prior to this, they briefly served as a Clinical Application Specialist at Synaptive Medical in March 2015.

Brent's earlier experience includes working as a Clinical Specialist at RF Surgical Systems Inc from December 2011 to February 2015. Brent provided clinical support for the company's product portfolio and conducted trials and implementations at hospitals across the US.

Starting their career at BrainLAB in June 2008, Brent worked as an Application Consultant until December 2011. BrainLAB specializes in the development and manufacture of Image Guided Surgery equipment, Radiotherapy Solutions, and Intra-Operative O.R. Suites.
