Roni Snir

Roni Snir has a diverse work experience spanning several years. In 2006, they worked as an Office Manager at Convergence, providing administrative support and assisting with HR and purchasing tasks. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Human Resources Specialist at PMC-Sierra, where they headed recruitment efforts, collaborated on job descriptions, and conducted interviews. From 2010 to 2014, Roni served as an HR Coordinator at Harmonic, managing the recruiting lifecycle, collaborating with US Corporate on employee issues, and leading learning and development initiatives. They then volunteered as a Project Coordinator, planning and coordinating projects in the Jewish community from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, Roni took time off to reacclimate their family and kids to Israel. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at MEMO Global since September 2022.

Roni Snir attended Seminar Hakibuzim from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Special Education.
