Lydia Kaloeva

Lydia Kaloeva is a Digital Learning Specialist at the Academy of Memodo GmbH. Previously, Lydia worked as a Learning & Talent Development Specialist at Allianz and as a Course Facilitator at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics. Lydia also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Cologne and as a Program Coordinator at the American Councils for International Education. Lydia holds a Master's degree in Cultural History from the University of Cologne and has received certifications in Talent Acquisition and Management from Cornell University. Additionally, Lydia has completed exchange programs in Cultural History at the University of Belgrade and in Communication and Media Studies at West Virginia University.
