Marianne Tracey

Marianne Tracey is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Memodo GmbH. Previously, Marianne took a career break and held several leadership roles at Hiscox, including Global Learning & Development Director, Head of European HR Operations and Learning & Development, and Acting HR Director for Europe. Additionally, Marianne worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Visa and operated as an HR Consultant at HR Assist cc. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Business Science with Honours in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, earned between 1992 and 1995.
