Loyce Barbosa

Loyce Barbosa is a senior consultant at Memora Processos Inovadores Ltda. since April 2013, specializing in modeling, analysis, and process improvement to reduce reworking, enhance results, and increase efficiency. Loyce has worked with various institutions including the National Department of Transport Infrastructure (DNIT), the Ministry of Finance, and the Department of Informatics of the Unified Health System (DATASUS), focusing on value chain design. Prior to this role, Loyce served as a consultant at Instituto Publix from October 2011 to March 2013, contributing to the Aquarius Platform project for the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation, where responsibilities included process modeling and automation. Loyce also worked as an administrator at CDT/UnB: Incubadora de Base Tecnológica from April 2009 to September 2011.
