Heidi Schroeder

Heidi Schroeder has a Bachelor's Degree in History from Ashford University. Heidi has held various roles in the blood collection industry, starting as an Assistant Manager at BIOLIFE PLASMA SERVICES and currently serving as the Manager of Quality at Innovative Blood Resources. In their previous roles at Memorial Blood Centers, Heidi handled quality assurance and regulatory affairs, donor suitability assessments, and oversaw daily operations as an Operational Supervisor. Heidi is experienced in QA review, error management, auditing, and submitting BPDR's to the FDA.
