Nicole Brown

Nicole Brown, MPA, currently serves as the Manager of Community Benefits and Diversity at CHI Memorial, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Nicole spent over a decade at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where responsibilities included advising undergraduate students in the Department of Communication and coordinating the Office of Equity and Diversity. In that capacity, Nicole contributed to ensuring compliance with civil rights legislation and managed funding evaluations for multiple accounts totaling around $700,000. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Public Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
