Henry Hurwitz

Henry Hurwitz provides operational oversight for the development of the system’s population health products and services offered through Memorial Health Partners in his role as system administrator for population health. He also oversees referral management and pre-visit planning for Memorial Care.

Hurwitz previously served as manager of Ambulatory Care Management and director of Memorial Health Partners. He began his career at Memorial in 2014 as an administrative intern and completed his administrative fellowship in March 2016. Hurwitz holds a bachelor of science degree in exercise science from Illinois State University and a master degree in health administration from Saint Louis University. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
