Richard Probert

Richard Probert is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in healthcare law and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Memorial Healthcare System since March 2012, Richard has expertise in managing strategic planning initiatives, corporate restructuring, contract negotiations, and compliance with various healthcare regulations. Prior to this role, Richard founded Behavioral Lifeboat, a nonprofit aimed at increasing access to behavioral therapy, and held senior counsel positions at Zurich Insurance and Farmers Insurance, focusing on M&A, finance, and corporate governance. Richard's career also includes experience as a public company counsel and in corporate legal services, along with educational qualifications from the University of Florida School of Law and Yale School of Management.
