Tom MacAluso

Tom Macaluso serves as the Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officer at Memorial Healthcare System since January 2013, previously holding the position of Director of Medical Affairs at Memorial Regional Hospital from May 2009 to December 2012. With extensive experience in the medical field, Tom practiced as a psychiatrist in private practice from 1992 to 2009, specializing in Adult and Forensic Psychiatry as well as Addiction Medicine. Tom holds an MBA in Health Sector Management and Policy from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Additionally, Tom earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Lafayette College.
