Crystal Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in experience design and creative leadership. Currently serving as Director of CX Design at Memorial Hermann Health System since September 2021, Crystal leads innovative strategies that enhance the patient and provider experience in healthcare. Crystal's earlier experience includes leading development services at Houston Public Media and managing foundation relations at Alley Theatre.
