Lisa Niccum

Lisa Niccum is an experienced professional in demand planning and inventory management, currently serving as the Director of Demand Planning & Informatics at Memorial Hermann Health System since February 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa held multiple positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., including Director of Global Inventory Planning and Director of Inventory Control for the Americas from October 2021 to February 2023. At Rubicon Oilfield International, from October 2017 to October 2021, Lisa led the development and implementation of global inventory policies, achieving a significant inventory reduction of $35 million, or 32%. Previous experience includes roles at National Oilwell Varco, where Lisa served as Business Relationship Manager and IS Project Manager, alongside positions at Chevron as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain. Lisa holds a BBA in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
