Deepanjali Dummi Mhsa

Deepanjali Dummi has extensive experience in health information management and informatics. Deepanjali most recently served as the Director of Health Information Management and Informatics and HIPAA Compliance Officer at Memorial Hospital in Chester, IL. Prior to this, Deepanjali worked as a Manager in the Health Information Management and Informatics department at HSHS St. John's Hospital. Deepanjali also held roles as the Visiting Faculty & Director of Health Information at Sri Devraj Urs University and Head of Health Information Management & Informatics at HealthCare Global. Earlier in their career, Deepanjali worked as a Health Administrator at The University of Kansas Cancer Center and as a Manager in the HIM Department at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Deepanjali also has experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at Penn Valley School of Allied Sciences. Throughout their career, Deepanjali has demonstrated expertise in overseeing health information storage, billing, compliance, and regulatory policies.

Deepanjali Dummi completed a Bachelor's in Dental Science from SJM Dental College from 1991 to 1995. Later, they earned a Master's in Health Services Administration with a focus on Health Policy and Management from the University of Kansas Medical Center between 2007 and 2012. In 2005, they also received certification as a Registered Health Information Management Administrator (RHIA) from AHIMA.
