Ken Rabon

Ken Rabon currently serves as the OR Manager at Memorial Hospital of Carbon County, overseeing the Operating Room, Short Stay Unit, PACU, and Central Sterilization with 24/7 responsibility since October 2017. In addition, Ken Rabon is a Speaker, Executive Life Coach, and Trainer at A Better Option, focusing on success in nursing and healthcare since January 2013. As the Owner, Hypnotist, and Coach at Abilene Hypnosis and Success Coaching since March 2012, Ken Rabon helps clients achieve positive personal and professional changes. Previous roles include Chief Nursing Officer at Abilene Behavioral Health during a major transition in 2016 and various managerial positions in operating rooms at several healthcare facilities. Ken Rabon holds a B.S.N. in Nursing from Harding University and has additional education from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.
