Amy Frazier

Amy Frazier, PHR, has a diverse work experience in various industries. Amy is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Hickory Point Bank, where they also served as the Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Officer. Amy has also worked as an IT Technical Recruiter at Archer Daniels Midland and as a Human Resource Department Supervisor at Toys R Us. In addition, they have experience as a Regional Manager at Marquis Wireless, where they successfully managed multiple retail outlets and achieved consistent profit growth.

Amy Frazier, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational and Professional Development from Eastern Illinois University in 2012. In addition, they received the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2011. Furthermore, Amy obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in May 2015.
