Jon Rich is a life-long Buffalonian. As the Chief Nerd Officer for MemoryFox, his role is to keep the team on track and to ensure customer satisfaction. Coming from the world of insurance and pharmaceutical companies, Jon is happy to be part of an organization whose focus is to inspire and help others. When he's not working, Jon spends his time outdoors.
