Darnell Brady is an experienced professional in digital content and social media strategy, currently serving as the Director of Programming and Digital Content for the Memphis Grizzlies since May 2021. In this role, Darnell manages a team of five employees and oversees a larger group of 22 creators, achieving significant success with a comprehensive content strategy that generated over 36,000 pieces of content annually and ranked #1 in NBA social media engagement. Prior to joining the Grizzlies, Darnell held leadership positions with the Jacksonville Jaguars and contributed to projects with the PGA TOUR and the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation, where innovative marketing strategies resulted in notable revenue increases. Darnell's early career includes roles in athletics marketing and internships in both engineering and marketing, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Penn State University.
