Kathleen Selmon is an experienced medical case manager currently working at both Memphis Health Center, Inc. since October 2021 and Christ Community Health Services West Tennessee since March 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with infectious disease doctors to assess patients' overall health and managing their care plans. Prior to these roles, Kathleen served as the lead health investigator at the Shelby County Health Department from April 2013 to March 2021 and worked as Counselor B at the Shelby County Division of Corrections from November 2009 to April 2013. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The University of Memphis, earned between 2006 and 2008.

Patients who do not have health insurance may qualify for our Sliding Fee Discount Program, which is based on household size and annual income.
