Sophie Samuels has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Sophie started their career in 2011 as a Unit Head at URJ Henry S. Jacobs Camp. Later, they joined Temple Israel Memphis as a Director of Educational Outreach in 2010 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Program Assistant at The Exceptional Foundations of West Tennessee. From 2013 to 2020, Sophie served as the Camp and Youth Director at Memphis Jewish Community Center. Currently, in 2022, they hold the position of Program Director of Cultural Arts and Adult Services at Memphis Jewish Community Center.
