Taylor Jackson

Taylor Jackson is an experienced art instructor at Memphis Public Library, where responsibilities include developing engaging art programs for teens and supervising interns in the Velocity Program since October 2015. Previously, Taylor served as a Summer Fellow in Rhodes College's Crossroads to Freedom program, training youth in conducting historical interviews and basic research techniques from May 2014 to August 2015. Additionally, Taylor worked as a Student Associate at Barret Library Archives, managing document records and digital content. Early experience in August 2011 to May 2012 as an Assistant at Barret Library Media Center involved assisting customers with media inquiries and managing check-out processes. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from Rhodes College, completed in 2015.
