Salomé Dubbé has a comprehensive work experience in the beauty industry. Salomé is currently the Executive Vice-President of IEVA Group's beauty division, overseeing various brands including IOMA, Made with CARE, IOMA Hair, ELENATURE, Atelier du sourcil, boudoir du regard, and i-pigment. In this role, they are responsible for managing teams in marketing, R&D, supply chain, trade marketing, sales, training, communication, and design. Salomé joined IEVA Group in 2023.

Before joining IEVA Group, Salomé served as an Administrator on the Board of Directors for MEMSCAP since October 2019. Salomé is also a member of the International Women's Forum in France, starting from September 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Salomé worked at IOMA Paris, where they held the position of Executive Marketing Director. Salomé was responsible for developing and implementing marketing, media, and communication strategies for the IOMA and Made With Care brands in France and internationally. Salomé also managed product development, communication, PR, branding, trade marketing, and business development for 30 countries and 4 distribution channels. Salomé worked at IOMA Paris from April 2015 to March 2023.

Salomé also gained valuable marketing experience at Coty Prestige, where they served as a Marketing Manager and Senior Product Manager for various luxury brands such as Chloé, Marc Jacobs, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Roberto Cavalli, and Cerruti. Salomé was responsible for brand management, budgeting, launch planning, sales monitoring, competitive analysis, and recruitment. Salomé worked at Coty Prestige from July 2012 to November 2014.

Earlier in their career, Salomé worked as an Assistant Product Manager for Calvin Klein at Unilever Cosmetics International - Coty Prestige. Salomé was involved in promotional planning and market analysis. Salomé held this position from March 2006 to October 2006.

Salomé started their career at L'Oréal UK as an Assistant Product Manager for Garnier Fructis from May 2004 to December 2004.

Later, from 2001 to 2005, Salomé attended ESSEC Business School and obtained a degree in ESSEC BBA Paris, specializing in Commerce international & Marketing. In 2005, they continued their education at ESSEC Business School, completing a Mastère Spécialisé in Marketing Management from 2005 to 2006. More recently, from 2018 to 2019, Salomé pursued further studies at Mines Paris, where they earned a degree (IHEIE) from the Institut des Hautes Etudes pour l'Innovation et l'Entrepreneuriat.
