Customer Success Manager Lead EMEA at Memsource

Ondřej Křížek started their work experience in 2015 at Globus as a Vendor for a brief period. Ondřej then joined Phrase in 2015, where they held various positions. Ondřej started as a Business Development Analyst, analyzing potential clients and communicating with existing clients while learning the industry. Ondřej later became a Sales Executive, cooperating with potential and existing clients to solve their needs and further developing their industry knowledge. Ondřej then transitioned to an Account Manager role, focusing on existing clients and collaborating with them to maximize their experience using the platform. Ondřej was eventually promoted to Account Manager Lead and then Customer Success Manager Lead, leading the Customer Success team in the EMEA region.

Ondřej Křížek obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Cultural Studies from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague in the years 2012-2017. Ondřej also holds additional certifications in Creating a Positive Customer Experience, Learning Regular Expressions, Introduction to Web APIs, and Sales: Customer Success.
