Sandra Burke has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the consulting and talent development fields. Sandra is currently working as the Director of Human Resources and Quality at Memstar USA. Prior to that, they were self-employed, owning and operating a manufacturing start-up business in Texas. Sandra has also worked at Deloitte as the Consulting Industry Talent Development Leader, where they led the transformation of the Learning & Talent Development function for the consulting practitioners. Sandra also has experience working at Accenture and Andersen Consulting in roles such as Account Manager, Business Interlock, Training Development Manager, Learning Architect, and Instructional Designer. Their expertise lies in developing and delivering industry-focused learning solutions and enhancing learning opportunities.
Sandra Burke holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science with a focus in AI in Education (Sim) from Northwestern University. Sandra also has a Master's Degree in Education with a minor in Visualization from Texas A&M University. Sandra has taken courses at the master's level in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Sandra obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from University College Dublin.
