Scott Palmer

Scott Palmer has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Scott served as the Chief Regulatory Officer at MEMX since 2019. Prior to that, they had roles at the New York Stock Exchange, including Director and Director of Surveillance and Investigations, from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they were a Vice President at Goldman Sachs from 2010 to 2015, and an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase from 2006 to 2010. Scott began their career as a Director at Credit Suisse from 2001 to 2006.

Scott Palmer holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree from The Johns Hopkins University. Scott also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Baltimore. In addition to their formal education, Scott has a certification as a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional, which they earned from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business/FINRA.
