Steven Louie

Steven Louie is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in algorithmic trading and software design, currently employed at MEMX since September 2019. Prior roles include Director of Software Design and Architecture at Tassat Group LLC, where a Blockchain-based payment platform for Signature Bank was developed, and Vice President at Goldman Sachs, contributing to a sequencer-based core algorithmic trading platform for Equities. Steven also served as Development Manager at Thomson Reuters, Vice President at Flextrade, and Vice President of Algorithmic Trading Development at Instinet Corporation, where significant trading systems and market data distribution technologies were developed and enhanced. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Stony Brook University.
