Haitham Mahmoud

Haitham Mahmoud is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Officer at Menaitech since January 2023, Haitham has previously held roles including Software Engineer specializing in PHP at Elreha from May 2020 to February 2023, and Web Application Developer at MenaITech from July 2012 to September 2018. Earlier in career, Haitham worked at Yahoo! as a Customer Care representative from June 2007 to April 2012.
