Ronza Masarweh

Ronza Masarweh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Ronza started their career at Nuqul Group in 2005 as an Office Manager for the CEO. Ronza then worked as a Researcher from 2008-2010. In 2011, they joined Menaitech as a Business Transformation Manager until 2015, when they were promoted to Chief Operations Officer until 2023. In 2012, they also started working at MenaIP as an Executive Manager until 2020 and later became the COO until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of People at Menaitech starting from July 2023.

From 1999 to 2004, Ronza Masarweh attended the University of Jordan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
