Matthew Kirby has a range of work experience in various roles. Matthew started their career at The Musicland Group as a Store Manager, where they achieved excellence in sales, customer service, and store contribution. Matthew then moved on to Best Buy, where they managed three big-box retail locations, generating millions of dollars in revenue annually. Matthew received numerous awards for their exceptional performance. Most recently, they worked at Menards as the IS Application Support Team Lead, overseeing a team of analysts and managing the support for all IS activities within the organization. Matthew worked closely with business partners to define and establish a roadmap for IT system changes and enhancements.

Matthew Kirby attended the University of Montana - College of Business from 2011 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services. Prior to that, they attended Flathead Valley Community College from 2009 to 2010 and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree.
