Long Shiuan Ho

Long Shiuan Ho is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in strategic financial management across multinational organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for Menarini Asia-Pacific since August 2015, Long drives the integration of strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting while influencing organizational performance through effective strategy development and evaluation. Additionally, Long serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. Previously, Long held several roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Regional Director for Portfolio Management & Analytics, focusing on project management and business strategy, and Head of Finance, overseeing budgeting and implementation of business plans. Long began a financial career at General Electric as Financial Controller and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
