John Hernandez

John Hernandez is an experienced trial attorney and a former Workers' Compensation Judge for the California Department of Industrial Relation Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. In that capacity, he was assigned to Department 6 of the Los Angeles District Office where he presided over, and adjudicated, thousands of disputes between employees and employers that arose from the California Labor Code and Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations.
