Matson Helena

Matson Helena has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at Menigo Foodservice AB since August 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Human Resources at Helena Matson Consulting starting in May 2017. Helena has also held positions as the Director of Human Resources for Carlsberg Group from April 2013 to April 2017, Director of Human Resources for the Swedish Red Cross from January 2009 to March 2013, and Director of Human Resources for TUI Nordic from October 2000 to December 2008. Matson began their career at Fritidsresor, where they served as a Manager in Human Resources from 1996 to 2000 and as a Human Resources Advisor from 1995 to 1996.

Matson Helena completed the Strategic Leadership Programme at the Stockholm School of Economics from 2001 to 2002. Prior to this, from 1990 to 1993, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development and Labour Relations from Stockholm University.
