Elizabeth Lancaster possesses extensive experience in development and project management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Bodega Taqueria y Tequila since October 2019, Elizabeth has also held multiple roles at Menin Hospitality since June 2013, including Director of Development, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Marketing Coordinator.
