Spencer E. Goldenberg

Spencer E. Goldenberg serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Menin Hospitality. Previously, Mr. Goldenberg was a Tax & Audit Director with Gerstle & Rosen PA., a leading regional accounting firm in South Florida. During his tenure, he consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP for profit and not-for-profit auditing, preparing corporate and individual tax returns for many of South Florida’s largest high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining Gerstle and Rosen PA., Mr. Goldenberg worked for the Florida State Senate. This valuable time allowed him to gain insight and understanding into the legislative branch, particularly on matters pertaining to large-scale budgeting. Mr. Goldenberg earned his degree from Florida State University and holds an active C.P.A. license in the State of Florida.

Mr. Goldenberg also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors for StoneMor Partners L.P. (NYSE: STON), Terra Property Trust, Inc. (TPT) and for the American Gilsonite Company (AGC).
