Sam Brightbart is an experienced professional in language services and nonprofit organization engagement, currently serving as the Member Development and Engagement Manager for the Confederation of Meningitis Organisations at the Meningitis Research Foundation since July 2023. Previously, Sam spent over a decade at GymGlish in various roles, including content manager and proofreader, and also worked as a Fundraising Assistant at Veganuary, leading successful campaigns and managing donor communications. Additional experience includes multilingual proofreading for White Label Productions and freelance translation services, alongside teaching assistance at the British Council. Sam holds a Master's degree in Applied Translation Studies from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in French Language, Literature, and Linguistics from the University of Oxford.
