Leonie van Eijken has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and brand management. Leonie started their career as a Marketing intern at Ültje GmbH & Co. KG in 2016, where they worked for two months. Leonie then joined Mediamoss GmbH as a Marketing intern for three months in 2019. Later that year, they worked as a Working Student at w.komm Westermann Kommunikationsberatung und -analyse for almost a year, starting in September 2019.

In 2017, Leonie worked as a Marketing employee at Menken Orlando for three months, followed by a consulting project on professional market research at Borussia Dortmund during the summer semester of 2019 as part of their M.A. in Strategic Marketing Management program.

Currently, Leonie is employed at Menken Orlando B.V. since January 2021, where they started as an Assistant Brand Manager and was promoted to the position of Brand Manager in January 2023.

Leonie van Eijken obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Brand and Fashion Management from the International School of Management in Germany, completing their studies from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, they also attended the Istituto Europeo di Design. Leonie further pursued higher education, earning a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Marketing Management from the International School of Management from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they simultaneously pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing-Management from Edinburgh Napier University from 2019 to2020.
