Manuel Navarro

Manuel Navarro had a long and distinguished career in the fire protection industry, serving in various leadership roles in different organizations. Manuel retired as the Division Fire Chief at the Menlo Park Fire Protection District, where Manuel managed the development of the CPSE Fire Department Accreditation process. Prior to that, Manuel worked as the Fire Chief in the City of Colorado Springs and Assistant Fire Chief in the City of Oakland. Manuel also held roles as Vice President EMS at American Medical Response and Deputy Fire Chief at the City of Orlando Fire Department. Manuel Navarro holds a B.S. in Public Administration from California State University, Hayward, and has completed various leadership programs at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
