Kasha Guilfoyle-Jackson

Kasha Guilfoyle-Jackson has a diverse work experience, with roles primarily focused on information technology (IT) support and coaching. Kasha started their career as a Membership Services employee at the YMCA of Silicon Valley in 2012 and later transitioned to become an After School Teacher at the same organization in 2014. In 2015, Kasha joined Apple as a Technical Specialist, where they utilized their Apple certification to troubleshoot hardware and software issues for customers. Kasha then progressed to become a Technical Expert, Genius, and Market Trainer at Apple, taking on additional responsibilities such as mentoring colleagues and facilitating customer journeys. Kasha also worked at Milestone Technologies, Inc. as an IT Ops Technician for Sumologic and at Lucid Motors as IT Support Technician in 2019 and 2021, respectively. In 2020, they worked as an IT Administrator for Apple before joining Menlo Security Inc. in 2021, where they held positions as a Senior Desktop Support Technician and currently as an Information Technology Support Team Lead. Furthermore, Kasha has coaching experience as the Head Basketball Coach at Saint Andrew's Episcopal School since 2010, overseeing physical conditioning programs and evaluating athletes' performance records.

Kasha Guilfoyle-Jackson attended Foothill College from 2018 to 2020, where they studied Graphic Design. Kasha has also obtained several certifications, including the Jamf Certified Associate Exam - English from Jamf, the Motivating Your Team to Learn certification from LinkedIn, the ACMT Mac Service Certification from Apple in 2018, and the ACiT iOS Service Certification from Apple in 2017.
