Leonardo Rangel Augusto

Leonardo Rangel Augusto is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and software development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Infrastructure Engineering at Menlo Security Inc., since March 2022, Leonardo is focused on the transition from Operations Engineering to Site Reliability Engineering. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Cisco, overseeing Site Reliability Engineering and Quality Engineering teams for SASE solutions, and Staff Software Developer at GE Digital, specializing in Linux software development. As an IBM Master Inventor, Leonardo contributed to patent review processes and led software development initiatives, while also managing a lab at Unicamp. Earlier experience includes network administration at the Federal University of Ouro Preto. Leonardo holds an MSc in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Ouro Preto.
