Rashpal Singh obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Studies from Wolverhampton University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1992, they attended Solihull College of Technology and studied Business Administration and Management, General. Rashpal then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computing for Business from Staffordshire University from 1996 to 1998.
