Emmanuel Akintayo

Emmanuel (Manny) Akintayo is a technology and product development expert with extensive experience in various leadership and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Fellow at Menlo Ventures since June 2024, Manny previously acted as an Advisor to the CTO at SimplePractice from December 2023 to March 2024, following a successful tenure as Cofounder and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Gentem Health, which was acquired by SimplePractice in 2023. Manny's professional journey includes participation in the prestigious 500 Startups accelerator, software engineering roles at Facebook and OfferUp, and significant contributions at Accenture and JPMorgan Chase & Co. With a Master’s degree in Quality and Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University, Manny combines deep technical skills with entrepreneurial insight to drive innovation in the healthcare technology sector.
