Phil Inagaki

Phil Inagaki is currently serving as the interim CEO at Amperesand, a company launched in 2023 through a partnership with Xora Innovation. Prior to this role, Phil held various positions such as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Xora Innovation, Operating Partner at The Engine, and Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at Base Capital.
