Lori Witmer

Lori Witmer has a diverse work experience, starting as the Executive Director of CASAS at Seminario Semilla from 1993 to 1996. Lori then worked at Eastern Mennonite Missions in a Leadership Development Program from 1999 to 2003. Moving on, they served as a Paraeducator, High School Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, and Interpreter at Big Spring School District from 2003 to 2015. Lori was also a Keystone Health Farmworker Interpreter from 2003 to 2016. Since 2016, Lori has been the Executive Director of Spiritual Care at Menno Haven. Additionally, Lori is a part owner of Nature's Nook Farm, which they have been involved in since 2004, focusing on raising food in a natural and sustainable manner.

Lori Witmer completed their Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Hesston College. Lori then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services at Bethel College-North Newton. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Master of Divinity from Eastern Mennonite University.
