Jorge Luis González Calderón

Jorge Luis González Calderón has a diverse work experience. Jorge Luis began their career as an International Relations Advisor at the Inter-American Program of Judicial Facilitators - Organization of American States from August 2013 to May 2015. Jorge Luis then joined AIESEC en Nicaragua as the Director Nacional de Gestión del Talento from July 2015 to June 2016, and later served as the Presidente Nacional from July 2016 to June 2017. In 2017, they worked at Thriive Nicaragua as the Coordinador de Desarrollo Empresarial until October 2019. Since October 2019, they have been working at MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Associates), where they started as the Coordinador de Agronegocios y Medioambiente until July 2022. Jorge Luis then took on the role of Grants Manager from July 2022 to April 2023 and is currently serving as the Project Field Manager.

Jorge Luis González Calderón completed a Bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Universidad Americana (UAM) from 2009 to 2014. Jorge Luis further pursued their education at the same university and recently completed a Master's degree in Gerencia de proyectos (Project Management) from 2020 to 2021.
