Julia Okul

Julia Okul's work experience begins with their current role as UX/UI Manager at RWBN (Rural Women Business Network / Бізнес Мережа Сільських Жінок) starting in 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at MEDA from 2016, where they held the position of Marketing Specialist. Julia'sresponsibilities included marketing communications, social media, website strategy, and content marketing. Julia also worked with vendors and managed external teams for web development and graphic design. Additionally, they were involved in email marketing, PR & advertising, offline events, project management, and product management.

Before joining MEDA, Julia was a Manager at Green Team (Ukraine) from 2012 to 2016. Julia'skey responsibilities involved translation work from English to Russian, Ukrainian, and vice versa. Julia translated various documents such as internal documentation, presentations, policies, contracts, and agreements, among others.

Julia Okul obtained a Master's Degree in Economics of Enterprise from Kherson State Agrarian University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Translation from Kherson National Technical University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Julia has obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through GeniusMarketing - Oles Timofeev. In January 2019, they completed a course on Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI at BI Competence Center. In August 2018, Julia attended a training program on Information and Communications Technology as a Marketing Tool. Business Promotion and Development - Digital Marketing at MASHAV - Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Julia also has two additional certifications, including a Business simulation BI "Running Farming Business" from Kompaniya Korporativnykh Treningov (STS) and an advanced website development course called Tilda Pro from Tilda – Website Builder. Julia has also completed a training program on "Networking" at MASHAV - Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
