Neeharika Jana currently serves on the leadership team at Mensa Brands, focusing on building global brands in the Beauty, Personal Care, and Home Decor sectors. Prior to this role, Neeharika held the position of Vice President at MarketsandMarkets™, where responsibilities included driving growth and managing assortment and search optimization. At Myntra, as Senior Director and Head of Revenue and Growth, Neeharika led efforts in demand generation, customer retention, and orchestrated significant fashion sales in the country.
