Nikita Gupta

Nikita Gupta's work experience begins in 2016 as an Articled Assistant at Bansi S. Mehta & Co., where they grew both personally and professionally. Nikita then moved on to Shah Baheti Chandak & Co. - India and continued as an Articled Assistant, gaining experience in accounting and income tax preparation. In 2019, they joined Hindustan Zinc as a Business Analyst, where they lived in a remote location, visited underground mines, and endured the challenges of the pandemic. Nikita then took on the role of MIS Controller, deepening friendships and witnessing dedication and improvement within the company. In 2021, Nikita became a Finance Business Partner at Ola, enjoying the city life in Bengaluru and working alongside fantastic people. In 2022, they joined CA Monk as a Mentor, eager to give back to the community. Currently, Nikita is a part of Mensa Brands, where they are involved in business finance and is exploring the offerings of Bengaluru.
