Santiago Arango Ponce

Santiago Arango Ponce's work experience begins with their current role as the Head of Business Development at Mensajeros Urbanos, which they started in December 2021.

Prior to this, Santiago was a Cofounder at Aptitude, starting in October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the company's business and commercial plans and overseeing the strategic planning, product conception, branding, and design.

Santiago was responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets for outdoor advertising, establishing records by exceeding their budget threefold.

From May 2010 to February 2014, Santiago served as the Director de Expansión at Enmedio Comunicación Digital. Santiago was responsible for expanding the number of advertising screens in Bogotá and Medellín and managing customer relationships and service coordination.

Santiago's earliest work experience was as an Asesor de Servicios at Tuya S.A, starting in May 2009 and ending in May 2010. In this role, they provided customer support, addressed inquiries and objections, and finalized credit card sales initiated by sales advisors.

Santiago Arango Ponce completed their education at two different universities. From 2013 to 2014, they attended Universidad de La Sabana, where they pursued a degree in Especialista en Gerencia Comercial. Their field of study during this time was focused on Administration and Business Management in general. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2009, Santiago studied at Universidad de Medellín, where they earned their degree in Administrador de Empresas. Their field of study at this university also revolved around Administration and Business Management in a broader sense.
