Stephanie Kumps

Stephanie Kumps has extensive experience in operations and account management, currently serving as the Verantwoordelijke Operaties for Brussels & Vlaams Brabant at Mensura since August 2019. In addition, Stephanie has been the Owner of B Guesthouse, a bed and breakfast catering to business travelers, since March 2012. Previous roles include Key Account Manager for Chemicals at Lineas and Key Account Manager at bpost, where responsibilities included contract negotiation, portfolio management, and action plan development. Stephanie also held the position of Customer Service Manager at bpost, leading a team and focusing on process improvement. Early career experience includes a Junior Supervisor role at DHL. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Handelswetenschappen from Europese Hogeschool Brussel and has attended KU Leuven and Transnationale Universiteit Limburg Diepenbeek.
